Shipping Policy

We stock all the concrete art, which is firetables, firebowls, garden benchs, etc.  Having said that it does take time to package and arrange shipping, these items typically ship in 2 weeks UNLESS otherwise notified.

The spectacular outdoor furniture is subject to availability and we do not process any online orders for that reason.  This is the best furniture in the world, and it comes from Italy, Germany, Belgium and thus we make arrangements and provide that to you whether its in our warehouse, in transit, or has to be made.  Typically the furniture will be about 10 weeks from date of order to delivery.  We do require anyone ordering this funiture either call us at 778 392 3149, or visit one of our showrooms.

All of our products are typically priced FOB your address, and only if its remote, or requires special access is there a charge over and above what is posted, if it is posted.  Our furniture is quoted, and that quote will include all shipping and handling to your door.
